TCS Friends Update

Hello TCS Family! 

We're pleased to announce that the concession stand for the Taos Youth Basketball League brought us a net profit of $7500! All grades and departments received $200 each to go toward supplies and/or field trips of their choosing, and the rest will go toward the new playground equipment coming soon! We could not have done it without You!  Many thanks to all the families who brought donations of food, chips, candy, drinks, etc. for us to sell.  Especially grateful for those who prepared Red Chile for Frito Pies!! Special thanks to teachers, parents, and grandparents who worked the concession stand with us.  But we especially want to give a shout out to the KIDS who worked, bringing  great attitudes, great math skills, and lots of energy:  Lyla Collignon, Clover Barady, Gabe Erickson, Anthony Williams-Erickson, Rylan and Bria Davidson, Ezra Cisneros, Scout Gontram, Ella and Joni Corner, Cameron Blair, Cayden Kesson.  We are so sorry if we missed your name, but please know how much we appreciated your help! 

Coming up... Mark your calendar for The Scholastic Book Fair 4/29 - 5/2! We'll lay out all details closer to the date.

As we're wrapping up the school year - which is hard to believe! - we're brainstorming fun community events for next year, and we'd love your input. When it comes to The Friends, the more the merrier. We meet the second Tuesday of every month at 4PM. What you'll find is a fun group of parents motivated to support our beloved community. If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you!
