  • When you donate to the Friends of Taos Charter non-profit, your support goes to improve educational facilities, materials and opportunities, including:

    • Grants for classroom supplies and needs

    • Support for tutoring and after-school programs

    • Amber Vasquez’s dance and movement after-school program

    • Collaboration with the Field Institute of Taos for after-school programs

    • Support for music and dance workshops, including upcoming workshops with visiting musicians like Bassekou Kouyate of Mali.

  • A conducive learning environment is critical. Dedicated funding enhances our campus and creates new opportunities for play and growth, including:

    • Anti-racism training for teachers.

    • Training from the Transgender Resource Center of New Mexico for middle school-age students and teachers
