TCS - Southern Exposure will be here Thursday, Spetember 12th to take school pictures. Sibling photos will be taken on Retake day!

Dear Taos Charter School,

I wanted to put in writing the reasons why providing parents email addresses to Southern Exposure Photography for their school photos would be beneficial.

As a small family-owned business, we’ve been committed to ensuring the safety and privacy of the students. We’ve made strides in this area by separating each student’s images and providing a unique passcode so that only parents can access their child’s photos. However, weve received feedback that parents aren‘t always receiving the necessary information from their students—sometimes unintentionally, sometimes not. We fully understand the importance of respecting parents inboxes and would never take advantage of this opportunity. Our goal is simply to ensure that parents are informed about their child’s photos in a timely and direct manner. By having access to parents email addresses, we can send reminders and necessary information without needing to constantly route communications through the school.

We value the trust you’ve placed in us and are dedicated to maintaining that trust by handling any provided information with the utmost care and respect.
