Lottery Applications

If you are interested in entering your child into our school lottery, please fill out an Enrollment Application for 2012-2013 Lottery and mail it or bring it in to the office.  Applications must be received in our office by 4:00pm March 28th, mailed applications must be postmarked by March 28th and received by April 6th.  We are not responsible for lost or misplaced mail.

The lottery drawing will be held Wednesday,  April 18th at 9:00am here at the school.  You need not be present, you will be notified by phone if your child's name is drawn. You will be notified by email or mail if your child is placed on the waiting list.

Please complete an application for each child you wish to enroll.
