TCS RUNNING CLUB IS BACK!

The TC Running Club meets Mondays, 2:45- 3:45pm, starting next Monday

PLEASE, BRING A SNACK & WATER, and APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR  

All ages and grades are welcome – All family members are encouraged to run or walk too – see you Monday!

The TC Running Club provides a positive opportunity for everyone to get out and move!

·         Exercise increases cognitive function in students

·         Research links exercise with improved brain function

·         Researchers found a connection between exercise and improved attention spans in students
